LEVVL shows a golf coach what a scorecard can't: what happened on every hole, for every player, in practice and in tournaments. Players log on their phones. You coach from the portal. Free during beta.

From the coaches

What are coaches using LEVVL saying?

Early coaches are helping shape the product, so it does what coaches actually want. The third quote was a feature request. Live rounds shipped that week.

“I have been searching for something like this all over and cannot find it. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. From a coaching perspective, I love the idea to track and see what players’ trends are.”

Kyle · Manti High School golf

“I’m talking with a player right now about his round. Apollo wants to go straight to short game, so I started asking questions about his FIR compared to GIR, and those two factors are as much to blame for his score as scrambling. It’s fun to work through things with the kids and have Apollo help me.”

Kasey · Emery High School golf

“Can you do a live scoring option? That way I can see where my kids are at on their round and know if I need to go and settle them down a little bit.”

The problem

You can't watch fifteen rounds at once.

A tournament hands you a scorecard. It doesn't tell you the 7 on the par 5 was two penalty strokes off the tee, or that the kid who shot 84 hit eleven greens and three-putted five of them. LEVVL tells you, before the bus leaves the parking lot.

And most of a season isn't tournaments. Practice rounds, qualifying, the nine holes after school: every one of them gets logged and read the same way, so you coach the whole season, not the six days you had a scorecard.

The portal

One place for the season, the offseason, and the bus ride home.

Real screenshots from the live portal, demo squad shown.

Squad view

The whole roster on one screen.

Every player's form over the last three rounds, who's trending up, who needs a conversation, the low round of the month, and what the team is averaging in putts, greens, and fairways. Open the portal and the week's story is already there.

Live rounds

A live leaderboard that explains the score.

Every player on the course, ranked as they play. Tap a name and the scorecard opens as it builds, with the stroke breakdown underneath: where the +6 came from, which holes, and what to say when they walk off 18. Works the same for a practice round on a Tuesday.

Every round, kept

A player's whole history, one tap away.

Scorecards, greens hit with the miss direction, putts by starting distance, penalties and where they happened, plus the coach analysis for each round and an AI scouting report across all of them. A round a player deletes stays visible to you.

Shot maps

Every shot, on the satellite.

Every marked shot on a satellite view of the hole, labeled with the club that hit it. One player across many rounds to see a pattern, or the whole squad on one day to see who hit what where.

Practice assignments

Drills, delivered to their phones.

A library of 139 drills and 40 rules modules, plus your own with your own video. Assign to one player or the whole team with a note, and see who did the work before the next practice.

Swing Lab

Swing reviews without the range visit.

A player films a swing anywhere and it lands in your portal. Draw on the frame, record your voice over it, and compare two swings side by side with pose overlays and angle readouts.

Apollo

Ask the team's data a question.

"Who's losing the most strokes inside 100 yards?" "How does Jake putt from 5 to 10 feet in tournaments versus practice?" Apollo answers from the rounds, with the sample size attached to every number.

The loop

Your players get the app. You get the whole picture.

The same app your players use every round: on-course GPS with pin and tee marking, one-tap shot tracking, hole logging in seconds, and a practice plan built from their last round. They log for themselves, in practice and in play. The portal reads it for you.

Setup

Three steps, no hardware.

Phones the players already carry and a browser for you.

Step 01

We invite you

Request access and you have a portal login the same day, with an assistant-coach login if you want one.

Step 02

You invite the roster

Add your players by email from the portal. Each one gets the app and a link to your program. Players who already use LEVVL connect with one tap.

Step 03

They log, you coach

Practice rounds, qualifying, tournaments: every round they log shows up for you live and stays in their history. From there you direct it: assignments, swing reviews, and the conversation on the bus.

Questions coaches ask

Does it need launch monitors or sensors?

No. Phone GPS and the player's own logging. A launch monitor CSV can be imported into Sim Lab if you have one, but nothing depends on it.

Will it work at our courses?

Courses come from a surveyed course database with tees, greens, hazards, and approach points. If one you play isn't in the app yet, tell us and it's there before the event.

What can a coach see about a player?

Every round, shot, and swing of a player on your roster, including rounds they later delete. Players not on your roster are invisible to you.

Practice rounds too, or just tournaments?

Everything they log. A nine-hole practice round on Tuesday shows up the same way a tournament round does, and it counts toward their trends and their next practice plan.

iPhone or Android?

iPhone through TestFlight today, with the App Store listing next. Android and any other device run the web app, which is the same product.
