Terms of Service
The plain-language terms for using the LEVVL Golf app and website.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LEVVL Golf application and website (“LEVVL,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using LEVVL, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
LEVVL is a golf analytics and coaching platform: round logging, GPS yardages, statistics, AI-generated analysis, practice plans, swing video review, simulator data, and tools that let a golf coach you connect with view your data and give you feedback.
2. Beta status
LEVVL is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed; data may occasionally be reset or lost; and the service is provided free of charge during this period. We appreciate bug reports and feedback, and we make no guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose during beta.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; if you are under 18, you may use LEVVL only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian (see the Privacy Policy regarding junior golfers in coaching programs).
4. Coach connections
If you accept a connection request from a coach, that coach can view your rounds, statistics, AI analyses, club and simulator data, and swing videos, and can send you feedback and practice assignments. You can disconnect at any time from your Profile, which immediately ends the coach’s access to your data.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (scores, videos, voice notes, simulator files). You grant LEVVL a limited license to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service, including processing it with AI models to generate your analysis. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and you agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
6. AI-generated content
LEVVL uses AI to generate analysis, practice recommendations, and coaching summaries. AI output can be wrong. It is informational only and is not a substitute for professional instruction or medical advice. Play and train at your own risk and within your physical limits.
7. GPS and on-course use
GPS yardages and course data are approximations and may be inaccurate or out of date. You are responsible for your own safety and for following course rules. Do not interact with the app while operating a golf cart or vehicle.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling course data, uploading malicious files, or using LEVVL to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Subscriptions
LEVVL is free during beta. Paid tiers will be introduced at public launch with clear pricing before you are ever charged. Continued use after pricing is introduced does not automatically enroll you in a paid plan.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (contact us or use in-app tools where available). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. On deletion, your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEVVL AND ITS CREATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (DURING BETA: $0).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
